The service includes:

Clyrify offers premium AI-powered features through auto-renewing subscriptions managed by RevenueCat and processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Billing occurs through your App Store or Google Play account
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for unused portions of subscription periods
• RevenueCat processes subscription data for billing and refund handling

Cancellation

• Cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• Access to premium features continues until subscription expires
• Basic features (60-second timer, local tracking) remain available

You may not use Clyrify to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission
• Interfere with other users' experience

All content, features, and functionality of Clyrify, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by Clyrify and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use only. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, distribute, or create derivative works
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Remove proprietary notices or labels

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clyrify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Third-party actions or content
• Unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or harmful activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Clyrify is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration association.
